This policy covers davidtzemach.com. It does not create accounts for you and does not want more of your data than it needs to run the site, sell books and guides, and send the article alerts you asked for.

What's collected

• Email address: when you sign up for article alerts or buy something, so we can send it to you.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. This site never sees or stores your card details.
• Basic server logs: standard web traffic logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability, not for tracking you individually.

How it's used

Email addresses are used to deliver purchases (download links and license keys), send a short alert to people who opted in whenever a new article goes live, and respond if you contact us. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.

Who else sees it

Purchases are processed by Paddle (payment and tax handling) and delivery emails are sent via Resend. Both act as data processors for the purpose of completing your order; they don't get to use your data for anything else.

Your choices

Every article alert email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted or to ask what we hold on you, email david@davidtzemach.com.
