If a book, guide, or tool bought on this site isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request one

Email david@davidtzemach.com with the email address you used to buy, or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

What happens to your license

A refund automatically revokes any license or download link tied to that purchase. If you've already downloaded a file, please delete your copy once refunded.

Why 14 days

This is the minimum refund window required by our payment processor, Paddle, for digital goods: it's not a promotional window, it's the floor.
